My Seatte feed is down, why?

I have been streaming this feed
Seattle Police, Fire and EMS Live Scanner Audio Feed
And this morning when I attempted to get it on line, nothing happened. "error unknown host" displays. And it tries and fails to connect to the server. I am using nicecast version 1.10.7 I haven't changed any settings.
