I have that same Pyramid power supply. Works great.

Which power supply do you use for your Icom?

The Pyramid for the Icom. It does the job. The radioshack is only a 3amp and it pops the breaker on the back if I TX on it.

I had the Icom scanning the 400 MHz band to find some new frequencies in the area. I was just getting a off and on keying up. Like a Trucked system or something in the area that is interfering with that frequency.

Wow that Bearcat 400 brings back memories. That was the first mobile scanner I had installed in my first truck. Had the hottest RX of just about any scanner I have owned. Back when scanning was still simple, LOL.

Nice Shack !!!!

Love it. It does everything I wanted a radio to do. MDC1200, QCII, Selective calling. It is small but packs a big punch. I got it off ebay for $226 shipped from Hong Kong. with the cable and software for it. Not a bad deal at all.
