I've had my vx-6 for serveral years now and when I stopped using it in the spring it was fine. Turned it on the other day and had the hiss of an open squelch. Got out the manual and went to item 50 and set the squelch to S2 and the hissing stopped but the busy green light stays on. Reset the radio also and no difference. Any ideas?
