Hey all,
Just confirmed the frequency in use for security where I work and was listening today during one of their hourly radio checks.. They gave a callsign ID of KNEW287. Frequency is 464.325.I wanted to look up any other frequencies in use here.
Here's the thing: No such callsign exists in the ULS FCC database. Lots of hits on that frequency but none match or even come close to that callsign, nor is the licensee anything even remotely associated with where I work. I searched all pending, active and expired licenses. No luck.
What's the deal? Anyone got any ideas on this one? It's got me stumped.
