I stuck a super nice Diamond discone antenna up in the air the other day and now I'm receiving a pair of signals I can't figure out.

This appears to be a Motorola DMR Cap+ system and the rest channel alternates between these two channels every 5 minutes or so.
I have never seen any activity on them -- I've been looking for 3 days now.
The signal strength seems pretty consistent over time, so I doubt it's atmospheric ducting.
There's nothing relevant (that I can see) in the FCC database for TN, MS, or AR.
Any help in identifying this would be appreciated!
