Mystery Frequencies

At approximately 11:15am today, heard P25 traffic, too short to get a NAC, on 167.850. Sounded like air to ground communications. Air traffic stated he was enroute to Grand Island and gave ETA, along with some other cryptic codes.

FBI? DOE? I have no idea.

I just ran in to some US marshals at sears in Lincoln??? Maybe there on it?

Sounds like it may be Dept. of Energy. Callsigns were DE-###

Western Area Power Administration. You can often hear them calling Watertown (SD) dispatch. Very active freq. in the Sioux City area.
