Try using SSB (either USB or LSB, USB is most often used) on these signals instead of AM. In this mode I could be more certain of the source, and could measure rep rates and chirp rates. Both of what you have there appear to be either CODAR, a specialized type of short to medium range costal surveillance radar that plots wave action and ocean currents, or possibly WERA. There are many of these installations around the World, and without a bit more information (such as time of day and your location) it would be difficult to narrow it down as to possible sources.

(edit) A couple suggestions. Use a screen capture utility instead of an external camera. This will give more detail of the GUI / signal, and make it easier to determine details like signal bandwidth (often such details are required to confirm ID). Label your postings (videos) with the date and time (both in UTC, not your local time), if not in the title than at least include the data someplace in the "about". Use SSB (either USB or LSB, most people use USB) for such signals, this typically will result in better and more usable audio detail.
