LCRA Site 08 is reporting a new peer site 12 with active control channel 5.

I can't find it. No idea where it might be.

Try the UT pickle center. They have a tower there that could be a site neighbor for 8. I think I saw a new license a while back posted on the Centexcom yahoo group...

Oops. This is an EDACS 4800 bps system. It's likely Oncor. It's not LCRA.

I did a quick test from the Dillard's parking lot (across Braker at the Domain). There are actually two towers on the JJ Pickle campus. One looks more like a cell tower. Both were line of sight.

There's a very strong 769 MHz signal there; desensed my PSR500. Two of the frequencies (*) posted by Pacrat are 4800 baud OpenSky. This site may be a tower location for LCRA site 0F.
