I have been listening to 464.600 with a pl of 206.5--Sounds like an ambulance service and is on a repeater...VERY strong while monitoring in Moosic using a handheld and rubber duck as the antenna,
Mystery is it's not an LTR and there is NO listing in the FCC database. The freq is licensed to Scranton School District and Robert Conways LTR system....but this sounds like a stand alone repeater.

Interesting find. Initially I thought it might be part of one of the Industrial Electronics LTR sites but Bald Mtn and Mt Top don't have that listed, only the Hazleton site does. I've added it in to monitor and see if any transmissions on it go with any of the EMS calls going on.
