I was doing a frequency search today in Dudley,Ma when I came across the following frequencies:

451.1000
451.2750

Both of these frequencies were EDACS systems. So I was wonder whom they were.

Looks like WPJL973 - NORTHEAST UTILITIES SERVICE COMPANY is the only licensee in the area who uses both freqs. I searched MA and CT and that's the only match.
