N Kingstown Fireground 1

I often hear N Kingstown fire dispatch assign all units responding to use Fireground 1 I have Fireground programed as TG 1281 but I never hear anything Does anyone hear traffic on that TG or is a an analog frequency I also have RISCON set to search for unknown TG but have not heard NK Fireground 1 I really appreciate your help Thanks
