n-p wilm decimal 12944

hello while scanning scanner stopped on dec 12944 its showing n-p wilm i do not see this dec on the database list can anyone help me on this as to what it is checked both delaware and wilmingtons dec" s nothing any help thanks

N-P Wilm was a talk group set up for Wilmington PD when the state system was implemented. It originally was listed in the database, it has since been deleted. Apparently the group is still active in the state system and appears to be patched with one of the City government(public works, traffic engineers, etc.) or other department. It appears that 10672 N-WILMPMA has also been deleted.
