N Port Fire and FPL

So, nothing on N Port Fire. I get N Port PD no issues, but nada from the FD. See attached. Next, I added FPL Murdock and Punta Gorda which is local, but it doesn't show up in the scanner. I appended it to my FL, and loaded it, but it judt isn't there. Even hit the channel, and scrolled trough all my favorites in the scanner, not there. What am I missing?

Use Sarasota County frequencies
Install Talk Group 6011 is North Port/Elnglewood Dispatch
Talk Group 6012 is Tac 12
Talk Group 6013 is Tac 13
