n00b has coax question

So maybe this is not "coax", but either way, I am unsure how to best solve this.

I have an external ALFA wireless card. In has a port shown here. My antenna has the same type connector, but with a part you can twist to thread. The pictures show each. What is the best way to bridge this? I want to do it "right".

The connector on your wireless card is a "Reverse Polarity" connector. Your coaxial cable is a standard polarity.

You either need an adapter or swap out the connector on the coax.
