With the good folks forced to move to PHL tower cab, all radar and Comm’s are now relays.
The audio on 128.550. To me it sounds highly restricted or compressed. Almost like talking
with nose pinched. Just barely acceptable. I have heard several requests for repeats.
When it is busy, repeats will be a PIA. There is often little airtime for that.
120 minutes delays on the open yesterday. This does not sound good at all.
