You can hope that Rich answers the phone if/when you call. What Rich doesn't know in his head, he has the resources to find out, almost instantly.

I've known Rich personally for 35+ years. He's the greatest living expert on scanning, monitoring, Amateur Radio, railroads, airplanes, highways, police work / law enforcement (Rich is a retired police sergeant/commander for a northern suburb of Chicago), and a great friend!
