Don't know the NAC code, but the radio ID range of 34xxxxx is used in multiple states by the FBI, and FBI Phily has been logged using 3412259.

Yes, it is a field office under jurisdiction of Philadelphia call Scranton Resident Agency. However, this is first time they are using this code as opposed to their normal FBI code of 167. Wondering whats going on everything encrypted so God only know if it is a task force etc

There are a couple of these FBI rptrs with the 410 NAC that are linked to rptrs using the 167NAC; seem to be located in the NE areas of PA/NJ.

What you will find is clusters [Linked/Networked] Repeaters for each of the Resident Agency/Agent Offices [RA]

I've seen RA's and FO's using a different NAC when the repeaters are too near others using $167
this could be due to Topography or other issues.

I would venture you will also see other Repeater key up at the same time
