Just curious about this new P25, last week I was listening to it and picked up a lot of ID groups on my Pro Scan starting in the 3xx range. This week Monday the 17th its dead. Does the system need to be a MOT II/P25, or P25 Standard, or P25 One freq Trunk. I was just sitting here hoping that it has not gone Digital Encryption. Anybody have any ideas?

NAFB New P25 System Update

Nellis is using a new P25 Single Freq Trunking System. Also when keying this in make sure you sent the Delay and Hold setting to "0", otherwise you may miss a transmission or talk group with a ID that follows seconds later. The NAC shows a "F" setting. I am using a BCD996xt. You can also key in the freq's as a conventional system but you will not see any of the groups or ID's that follow in the transmissions. Set the Delay and Hold to "0" too.

I'm using a PSR500 with the following freq.'s and it goes non-stop: P25 Auto 406.5000 406.7875
407.30000 407.5000 407.8625 408.1500 408.9625 409.1125 409.5625 409.7125
410.6500 416.1875. The only id that is Encrydted is the Security. If you still have trouble, send me
an email. What if any programing programs are you using?
