Just picked up a Uniden BCD536HP and am having trouble with programming. Just need a little help, Thank you in advance

Looks like Nampa and Canyon County are on this system:

I see 3 sites for Canyon County and unfortunately it looks like all Law enforcement for Canyon County and Nampa is encrypted.

It shows fire and ems in the clear though.
