Nano talkgroup

I am trying to import my talkgroup information from my P25rx to my nano via the sd card. I have formatted the card and the file is on the card a the nano says it imported but the named talked groups are showing up unknown. I have attached a copy of the file any help is appreciated thanks

Did you do a RESTORE after the copying?
