Naperville PD/FD Patch on StarCom21

Moving to the Naperville area and I'm trying to figure out if its worth purchasing a BCD436HP or BCD536HP. I'm curious if the patches for Naperville PD/FD (TGs 2652/2726 respectfully) are active and a means to monitor their OpenSky radio system since there is no current system to monitor directly.

I keep my Home Patrol-1 in Trunked Discovery mode 24/7 on STARCOM21 Site 101 (DuPage County) to log RIDs and discover new talkgroups....and I've yet to hear any activity on either of those talkgroups.

Have never heard Naperville patched to Starcom and there is no way of monitoring them .....
