Im not sure exactly but i know New York State Police Troop F operates in Narrowsburg.

i was up there today and saw Lumberland constable patrol car making traffic stops. Any frequency info in them ?

Narrowsburg NY is within the Town of Tusten ,Which is in Sullivan County . Which is part of NYSP Troop F (They have a Barracks there) So i would look for Sullivan County Sheriff, Troop F SP,1F-xx units, And possibly listen for NYC DEP units protecting the water shed properties xW-xx Units, The Town Of Lumberland is the same. Within Sullivan County and Troop F Sp ,Listen for 7F-1xx on the radio, Sullivan had a over haul of there radio system some time ago. So poking all there stuff in would behoove you, Happy scanning

Narrowsburg is covered by NYSP Troop F Zone 1 (155.535) and Sullivan County Sheriff (161.8875), as well as dispatched by Sullivan County 911 (161.950.) NYCDEP does not operate in this area of the county, though the National Park Service (164.575) does. Town of Lumberland & Highland Constables are dispatched through one of the above agencies; Town of Tusten does not have constables.
