I have not been hearing the base FD on the TRS. Have they switched backed to the old system?

I was monitoring the new system 3 that is located in the Flower Bluff area in Corpus Christi and I did hear NAS Security comms on their talkgroups. I cannot get any of their comm's on system 1 or 2 but again did hear them on system 3.
I had a chance to talk to one of the officers that work the Bravo district which covers the Flower Bluff area and he said that even though the new system is up they still have some bad dead zones out in that part of town. He advised that most of the officers still use the Dowtown system.

Actually was able to answer my question for my self. I was at the McD' s on base the other day. I saw one of the FF with a Motorola Saber. It appears that they are still using the old freq's.
