Just from passing thru, if you're talking about the October show, looks like it's been canned, per comments on the popular Freq of Nature website, as well as the Socal Milcom Yahoo group.

However, the Southern Ca. Military Freqs page has stuff for both Mugu and March AFB. The links for that page, and the Socal Milcom group are on the Miitary Monitoring wiki.
