NASA Jets Flying Over Los Angeles

I just heard on the news that these jets will be flying over LA Saturday (Aug 25) morning at a low altitude. It's supposed to take place around 8 AM.

What frequencies should I be monitoring to listen to them?

I'd start by listening to the UHF frequencies assigned to the appropriate sectors of Socal Approach.

Tyson99

Found a T-38 with a callsign Tyson 99 on Webtrack for LAX:
WebTrak: Los Angeles International
Haven't seen anything on planefinder.net
and I'm guessing it may be:
FlightAware

I didn't hear any comms from Tyson99 but I did hear some of the other pilots talking about it.

I've heard them on 237.000 circling the Rose Bowl, but we got moved to a different story. They should be using NASA callsign.

Follow Up

I did end up hearing Tyson99 after the fly by of the south complex (25 runways) on 124.3 which is SOCAL Departure "Manhattan" used for "southern" departures along the coast.
Interesting flight plan from WebTrack for LAX attached.
On the LGB WebTrack it was listed by tail number as N906NA so it was the one linked earlier by MtnBiker and it has since flown back from SLI to EDW

Unfortunately I didn't hear anything because they moved the time. I was ready and waiting in the morning.

I'll be sure to catch the Endeavor in Sept, I'll try to take some pics or video.
