Does the attachment look familiar to anyone? A fella gave me this and told mewhat he wants to put in his radios, but its confusing. CTCSS? CDCSS? Both are shown. Analog or digital. simplex or repeater....

That's from CHIRP, it looks like the PL codes are turned off and the defaults are listed but not being used. All driver freqs are analog simplex.

analog sx.....cool.....gotta be ctcss or cdcss, or a cross.....from this reference, you think that its all analog sx, carrier sq?

Those are NOT the PL codes for drivers, they are a CHIRP default, I would leave them out, don't program in the PL as they change at times. You really are VERY unlikely to get interference on the frequency where you need it.

Also, there are good sites that publish the freqs and Radio Electronics sells a list at the track usually.

None of drivers Are using a repeater. They are uhf analog simplex during race. Only two analog repeaters exist for Nascar uhf rebroadcast for teams/fans 461.200 and 464.600. Besides media repeater/bases only Nascar two mentioned freqs are repeater

CHECK OUT THIS SITE

Leave it open csq and as u get or receive interference or bleedover u can program what ever tone is used. If for some reason they change to dif tone that weekend

Usually most scanner models with just a button press or two will let u save the tone it does find quickly lol.
