I m planning on attending a race next month and the last time I was at a race I rented a scanner. This scanner had audio and video. The video had in car video feeds along with various screens for leader boards, lap times ect. What were these devices called and are they still available to rent at the track?

Fan Vision was the video device you are thinking of. The company behind those went out of business a few years ago.

Thanks for the response, that was it, the ones i was looking for are the Nextel yellow and black version. Too bad the went belly up. They were a really cool accessory for a race weekend, .

FanVision/Kanga/legend Used uhf tv channels not being used in the area. Nascar app is good for most of same stuff. But using app you will notice a diff in sync issue delay vs watching it on tv. Also a delay using the app in person at the race.

To read about current 2022 Scanner stuff for nascar look at 2022 NASCAR Drivers Frequencies
