Nashville/Davidson County are on a Motorola ASTRO Smartzone using digital voice. See the database.

Yup. Everyday conventional freqs are out as for PD and SO and everything in between. If you would check the database you will see that 453.700 is for the MTA ie Buses ie Public Transportation in Davidson County. It is confirmed as well. No SO there. It takes just a little soul searching. Happy Scanning. :D

They are exclusively on that system, as is almost ALL of the county's Public Safety Agencies....

Site 1: (Main CC # 857.2625) Includes Police, Fire , Ems, Bery Hill PD, Belle Meade PD, and EMA.

Site 2: (Main CC # 857.2125) Includes NES, Sheriff, Corrections, Metro Government, Animal Control.

Both are Apco 25 Astro Digital 3600 baud trunking systems

The PD frequency 460.475 I believe is used by Gallatin Police in Sumner County as a dispatch frequency.
