Yes, it is technically Vanderbilt Lifeflight who uses it, but not the air division, it is used by event medicine.

Event Medicine also has a repeater on the main VU campus that is used at athletic events. I haven't monitored it in a while but it use to be on 464.1375

Finally, the ground trucks used in event med will often call in reports and discuss logistic stuff with Vandy Flightcomm on 464.475. Pediatric transport (angel) trucks use this some too. I haven't lived in a Nashville in 2 years so some of this could have changed but I doubt it.
