National Conservation Training Center

Does anyone have the frequencies in use at the National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) outside Shepherdstown, West Virginia? This facility is part of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and is located on the Potomac River across from Maryland. I know they use radio communications extensively but have never seen the frequency listed. I have also posted this question on the West Virginia Forum.
but don't think there is much activity on that forum.
