National Grig-Fall River LTR System

Reguarding the National Grid LTR in Fall River, I have heard no traffic on this system for the last four days.
Are the talkgroupes the correct ones?
I loaded the Quincy site in, and it works fine, good traffic on the channels.
As far as the Fall River site is concerned, something is amiss!
Also, I take it that Channel #1 of the Fall River site is the home channel, since I hear no idle burst on this channel.
Can anyone provide info to this problem?

Here is what I have for Fall River
0472.1750 LCN1
0471.1125 LCN3
0472.7500 LCN5
0472.8375 LCN7
I hear the idle bursts on 3, 5 and 7. Nothing on 1.

Tonight, I heard Brayton Point on RI North, but not on the Fall River set. In fact I've heard nothing. Something has indeed changed.

EDIT

I did hear Databursts on F1, but they are definatley MUCH weaker than the other three with this weird digital noise underneath them.
