Anyone know what happened to National Capital Region Communications Center (NCRCC) or where they moved to? They used to be on the "Dual Highway" in Hagerstown.

I used to work for NCRCC a few years back.......Lost contact with those I worked for and when I moved back to the "area", felt lost when I drove by and they were gone.....Anyway, now I have a starting point...
