National Park Service North of Mongaup

I was at the Monguap River where it dumps into the Delaware River and I was talking to a National Park Employee There were 2 water rescues going on up North by skinners falls. I heard his radio picking up the traffick . But they are a different frequency than The Delaware water gap frequency . Does anyone know the frequency they are on or how to hear them ?
