Please remember that May 12-17, 2008 is National Police Week in Washington, DC. The theme this year is Surrounded by Heroes. Tuesday May 13th is the Candle Light Vigil and Thursday May 15th is the National Memorial Service with the Fraternal Order of Police and President Bush. If anyone can visit during this week, I think you will get a renewed meaning of what Police do and the ultimate sacrifice an Officer can make.
