Navajo County PHI air evac dispatch frequency?

Anyone in Navajo county monitor what is listed in the data base as PHI AIR medavac 155.325? It is not an Air medavac channel. It is an LE frequency. I am trying to Identify who is using it. They are using P25. It sounds like mostly the Heber-Overguard area. I am not sure if it is a local PD or Sherriff. I am pretty sure I also heard some addresses for Holbrook. I am not too familiar with Heber area. The only license I could find is for PHI Air but listed outside of Navajo county.

You are probably picking up 155.3175 NCSO District 1 DMR Color Code 1 and sometimes P25 NAC 065.

You are probably picking up 155.3175 NCSO District 1 DMR Color Code 1 and sometimes P25 NAC 065.

I put in 155.3175 and that is what I am picking up. According tho NCSO web site District 2 would be Heber-Overgaard.
