A Navtex station in Buenos Aires is coming in quite strong here at 3:02 UTC (8:02 PM) on 8416.5 kHz. It's in Spanish, but I can read some of it. The weather bulletins refer to latitudes as far south as 50 degrees. One report indicates a possibility of rain and snow.
