I was looking to see what other frequencies for the Navy Regional Federal Fire and Emergency Services - San Diego at

For Navy, the most RELEVANT sites are the NBSD and Point Loma sites, as they will have the majority of the affiliations and talkgroups lit up (for the SD Bay area facilities) and have the best range for receiving. I would test the RX signal for both sites and stick with the one that is strongest at your location. Point Loma is typically stronger for north reception, but if you get something shadowing that tower NBSD site/tower might give better signal.
