The NB RCMP will be reducing its number of districts (and possibly offices) in the province from 11 to 3 in the next 18 to 24 months.
Here will be the new districts : A western district from the Quebec border to Charlotte County including Fredericton, a southeast district from Kent County to Saint John and a northeast district from Miramichi to Campbellton including the Acadian Peninsula are the three new districts being proposed.
Codiac RCMP will not be affected by this.
