I am looking for the Wiki page that lists all the counties in NC and shows the respective system(P25, P25 Simulcast, etc.) a county is using.

interesting. When I look up Rutherford County directly, it states that the Rutherford EMS and also the Sheriff are migrating to Viper but when I look at the whole VIPER list on that wiki, it says only Lake Lure is on VIPER. I no longer live there so I don't know how current it is. Might be worth asking in the NC Forum.
