NCC Talkgroup 2131

Getting RECOM talk on id 2131 on NCC system for pursuit.
Is this a talkgroup patch of 2128 as getting nothing on that now?
Must have 785D set to status bits on or something like that.

Indeed it is a patch of 2128.
Tought to say what it was patched to. Possibly PMA or Avcom?
