NCHP and 396 Scanner

I have been able to program the systems I wanted until recently. Frequencies in the 821.0000 to 823.0000 range are listed with the Viper frequencies on some list that I have found in RR database credited to NCHP. Any help in programming and
how they are used would be greatly appreciated. lwm

The 821 to 823 freqs should not be needed. You would want to program the freqs in the mid 800's range (850-868) to properly trunk track. You may also want to consider the SHP low band freqs depending on where you live or travel in NC.
