NCHP on CharMeck TRS

I have TGID's 2352 and 2384 programmed, but I seem to only be hearing the dispatch side of the conversations.
Are the mobiles patched through the TRS?

The VHF-lo mobile freqs are not patched through. The only time you will hear both sides of the conversation is when the mobile unit is on 800.
