No intricate details needed, but is VIPER anywhere near complete along the I 95 corridor?

I located a number of posts that said the VIPER was (nearly) complete.

Yes. Ive monitored on VIPER most of the distance of I-95.

I just crossed the SC state line on I 95.
VIPER is 100% active on the entire length in every county.

At this point only Troop D (Greensboro area) have switched to digital. Others are expected to switch soon, could be any day now.
