I found a new Telstar Communications for NCMC, is this used for the ambulance service or something else? The CC I see for it is 463.83125. This is from Telstar Communications that I seen. Where would you put these frequencies at in the scanner pro-106/197? Would it be in trunking or conventional?

I'm not sure this frequency will actually be used by NCMC. The license appears to indicate this is simply the location where one of 5 fixed antennas will be located for this private company. Possibly the hospital is leasing the space to the company. The license was originally granted in 2013.

I believe the Whistler TRX-1 and TRX-2 scanners are capable of receiving NXDN transmissions. I'm not aware of any other scanners that can decode these transmissions.

It would be nice if someone could monitor this system to see what it is being used for.
