Troop C Channel Changes

Beginning some time this week possibly or in next few days, there will be some
channel reassignments within Troop C NC State Highway Patrol. All District 4 cars
and District 7 cars will begin operating on Channels 15 & 16. District 4 includes
Franklin, Vance and Warren Counties. District 7 includes Durham and Granville
Counties. District 1 and District 8 will remain on Channels 3 & 4. District 1
includes Nash and Edgecombe Counties. District 8 includes Halifax and Northampton
Counties.

And if you think the info is needed on that list for channels 5 & 6,
in addition to C-3 cars for Wake County, other cars utilizing the
channel will be Motorcycle Units, Aviation, Motorist Assistance
Trucks, Headquarters Cars, etc.

The NC Highway Patrol Troop C Channel Reassignments have now been implemented.
C-4 and C-7 cars now operating on Channels 15 & 16.
