NXDN comes in two flavors:
12.5KHz wide channels, ~9.6kbs data rate
6.25KHz wide channels, ~4.8kbs data rate.

The two are not interchangeable. An NXDN radio set up for 12.5KHz NXDN will not decode a 6.25KHz channel as the data rates are different. Same goes for a radio set up for 6.25KHz NXDN, it won't decode a 12.5KHz channel.

Your Narrow FM filter should be appropriate for either one.

It is "MHz" and "kHz". I hate being the hated abbreviation police but those are the proper ones. And yes, it does matter to some of us who look at other frequencies. "K" means 1024 in some computer worlds, or "Kelvin" (a temperature scale) in physics; and "k" is the correct SI abbreviation for 1000. "Hertz" is "Hz" (with a capital "H") by SI. And "m" means 0.001, as in 1 ms being 0.001 seconds; "M "is the correct abbreviation for "mega" or 1000000. Now on to making my own typos :)

Ref. Kilohertz (kHz) - Frequency Conversions And the writer got it wrong in the link name :)
