Im New To Scanning And I Just Got A Unidan Bcd396t. I Live In Northeast Philly And I Can't Get Any Of The Local Frequencies. Anybody Know Any Or Are They Already In The Scanner? I Cant Figure This Thing Out For The Life Of Me. Any Help Would Be Really Appreciated.

The best adjustment I could reccommend is buying a Radio Shack PRO-96!!
