I have been monitoring the SD State Radio System for years. Have always received 100% modulation off the Summit, Watertown, and Toronto sites. Last fall I started having problems with Watertown site. Modulation was 90-100%, but transmissions were very garbled.. Summit lately has been giving issues. Notice Grant INT is using analog DC channel at different times, as they are having issues. Anyone else having issues? Lot of wind towers have gone up in the last couple years, not blaming them but might be something to it? TIA

Finally in Watertown, not having any issues with the quality of audio today. Maybe something changed since your post.
