I really don't listen to the hospitals on the ORION system, just Omaha PD. So I don't know how active hospitals are on ORION. On the DMR 1-trunk for Bergan, the hospital security (TGID 502) pops up a lot. People keep talking about making sure the doors are locked and 1 time, they were trying to figure out whose truck was parked in the parking garage overnight. I found out that Ralston Arena is a MOTOTRBO CAP system. I picked up a TGID 52. I only heard it once. Can't remember what they said because it was at the end of the conversation. I'm assuming that I got the LCN order right for that system. Don't know for sure until I hear more conversations. LCN 1 - 461.200 2 - 462.450 3 - 464.875. Can't figure out MECCA yet and I think Ameristar Casino are also both MOTOTRBO systems. All this DMR stuff is just mind boggling to me.

Same. I'm out now and confirmed First National Security and Midtown Crossing Security. Also got a fast hit on Mutual Of Omaha. So far all 1 frequency DMR. I didn't think about the hotels. I just started understanding LCNs, so I'm with you on being confused.

I think D & D / First Wireless has a citywide DMR system in Omaha and Lincoln. Not sure who they are called under the FCC entities. Are they First Holdings?

First Wireless callsign is WQRT532. I used FCC database to look it up. License Search . I programmed the freq. into my scanner. I haven't heard anything yet. Don't know if it is DMR though. I tried to find First Holdings using the above link. The result comes up nothing. I found some talk on the Creighton University Omaha 463.450 . ONE DMR-Trunk. The TGID is 10. One person was asking for help because a student parked his car where it shouldn't be and refused to park it somewhere else. Don't know if it is campus security.

Sounds like it. I have been struggling with First Wireless for awhile because it looks like it is just a side name for First Wireless / D & D communications and they have hundreds of frequencies it feels like. They have an analog system but also some DRM frequencies but there are so many to comb through. Nice catch on Creighton. I believe that is either security or parking. I was going to stop down there last night but ended up going to Ameristar and listening to them. I went in to do something thinking I turned off my scanner and came back to it on. Nice thing is that recording was activated so I got some good traffic for them but am struggling with LCNs and how to know what other frequencies to put in.

Hum... I would have thought they would be on a system but I'll listen to see if I can hear them at Boys Town over the next few days.

I'm thinking that 451.9125 is from First Digital Holdings Woodmen tower. I live in Bellevue and my 436HP is showing full bars. So I don't think that it's coming from Boys Town. The system comes up as a MotoTRBO Connect. According to the FCC link ULS License - Industrial/Business Pool, Trunked License - WPMX631 - FIRST DIGITAL HOLDINGS LLC - Frequencies Summary also has additional frequencies to go with the 451.9125 (451.8625, 451.8875, 451.9625, and 451.9875) Don't know the LCN order but I programmed the system as a Mototrbo and only used the frequency 451.9125 and I started picking up all kind of IDs. Sounds like IDs 70072 , 70070 pertain to school buses. First Student Maybe? I also picked up 70020, 70030, 70060, 70073, 70071, 70080, 50200, 50100, 50201, 50205 Plumbing? , 50140. I found a new DMR CAP system 462.400. Don't know about other frequencies to go with it. I've picked up IDs 112, 105, 103, 101, and a i107?

I'm getting mixed results. I'm finding Connect Plus and Capacity Plus on their frequencies. I'll need to review my recordings on my 436HP. I think I was getting strong results in West Omaha and Boys Town than I do when I'm downtown (16th St and Chicago St). I don't think it is First Student because the names of the schools they were talking about one day were OPS schools. I think they are Omaha Public Schools Busses. i107 is most likely a private call.

Ok. Good news. I ditched the 436HP's Lcn finder and used DSD+. On screen it gives me the channel number, so I only have to monitor the control channel for the Connect Plus (451.9125) and use my scanner to verify what frequency is being talked on. After hours of analyzing, it seems there is only 6 channels and 3 frequencies being used. There is also a Capacity Plus system but I haven't analyzed that yet. For the CON system, here is the LCN...

LCN 1 = Channels 1 & 2 = 451.9125 (note that channel 1 is the control channel full time)
LCN 2 = Channels 3 & 4 = 452.2875
LCN 3 = Channels 5 & 6 = 452.3625

I am going to submit this information to the database and start a new thread for identifying talkgroups on the CON system. I haven't seen any channels higher than 6 and all 6 have been used pretty heavily.

For the Connect system,Id's 70070, 70071, and 70072 could also be Student Transportation of America or Chief Transportation for OPS. I found out that 70070 is base ch.1 and 70071 is ch.2 for one of the bus services. A bus driver told dispatch (70070) that she hit a pothole and couldn't get the door open. Dispatch told her to go to ch.2 (70071) to explain more details on what happened and what to do. Somebody also told her to go to ch.3, but couldn't catch the TGID. Just found out that TGID 70072 is also a base channel.

Awesome. I didn't think Student Transportation did OPS schools since they had their own busses. I think when I submit this to the database (for it to be added by the moderator), I'll leave it as bus CH 1 and Bus CH 2 until we find out otherwise.

I was wrong about UNO. They are not encrypted. My scanner was still popping up ENC randomly so I'm not sure what they are doing. I have their frequencies and LCN order. They have a Capacity Plus system. I'll post that soon.

When OPS started school this year. Student Transportation of America was short on drivers. They were 65 drivers short and now only 19 drivers short. It was major local news back then because a lot of students were not getting picked up. Student Transportation of America now that reports 96 percent of their routes are running on time now. On the 19 drivers short, those routes are currently being covered by contractor Chief Transportation and OPS drivers. I'll try to listen more throughout the week and try to figure out any otherTGIDs

For the Connect system, I was able to identify TGID 70060 as Asphalt Maintenance Company. A person was asking the location of a job site which happens to be not far from where I live. I drove by and saw their company trucks and people working on a parking lot of a bank. I knew 70060 was some type of concrete company just by hearing traffic on the ID 70060.

Very nice. I've expanded the amount of systems (almost always connect plus) that I've tracked. Lots here in Omaha / CB.

I have lots of Unidentified IDs. Several school bus and trash companies. 50008 sounds like some type of trucking company. 50205 plumbing? 70040 might be some type of cab or shuttle service. Does anybody know if DSD+ will work with Windows 10. DSD+ is a DOS program. Trying to figure out LCN on these DMR systems is real annoying. I found a DMR search website. United States Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) Frequency Search .You just select county and state and it will list actual Business Names that's using DMR, but doesn't list all the DMR frequencies and what type of DMR system the business is using

I'm using DSD+ on Windows 10 x64 bit. I gave up on using the LCN finder for Capacity Plus systems.
