Need 396T system files for Cancun please.

I am visiting cancun later this month for vacation. Does anyone have any files for 396T scanner so I will be able to listen to the action while I am there?

Took my BC246T with me to Cancun last February.
I found out that my scanner wasnt really any good since
I dont speak mexican.
